The shipper then sees all accepted orders and it is up to him to decide which offer he will confirm. After acceptance of the order, both parties shall receive to their e-mail listed in their profile from SeekApp an official order, which means that the parties entered into a contract.
A great advantage of SeekApp are mobile applications for companies and drivers. The driver of each company can see his rides and can change the state of demand interactively (heading to the pick-up point, cargo loaded, cargo delivered…). This application also serves as GPS monitoring, thanks to what the carrier sees where his drivers are and the shipper sees where his cargo is. By this we can rapidly decrease the number of phone calls and unexpected situations when it was difficult to find out the actual location of the cargo.
