The mobile and web application SeekApp was created out of the need to speed up logistics and open the market for small and medium-sized companies, whether it be shippers or carriers. It solves basic problems such as availability of demand and offers, fast negotiations between the two sides, transparency for all participants as well as availability of information in real time such as location of a driver in a particular moment. The application is fully transparent towards users – fixed fees for its use are charged on a monthly basis and there is a credit system in place. There are no hidden costs. All payments are SCA compliant (Strong Customer Authentication).

Main functions of the application are a large filter of demands, live map, up-to-date data, driver tracking, notifications and a credit system. Many available options when making a demand help carriers better set the price for transport. The option to add more photos or attachments are functionalities that go without saying. The shipper then sees all accepted orders and it is up to him to decide which offer he will confirm. After acceptance of the order, both parties shall receive to their e-mail listed in their profile from SeekApp an official order, which means that the parties entered into a contract.

A great advantage of SeekApp are mobile applications for companies and drivers. The driver of each company can see his rides and can change the state of demand interactively (heading to the pick-up point, cargo loaded, cargo delivered…). This application also serves as GPS monitoring, thanks to what the carrier sees where his drivers are and the shipper sees where his cargo is. By this we can rapidly decrease the number of phone calls and unexpected situations when it was difficult to find out the actual location of the cargo.
